In EYFS Me & Myself, children should show the ability to manage basic personal needs, including dressing themselves.  Children should move freely, with pleasure in a range of different ways.  Our Me & Myself lesson plans encourage children to show understanding towards the effects of activity on their body. Our EYFS Me & Myself lessons also give children opportunities to engage in conversations with others.

Me & Myself lessons support the wider aspect of early years learning.  They give opportunities for children manage their own basic hygiene and play and share with others. Primary School Me & Myself is also great for building communication skills including asking appropriate questions, linking sounds and engaging in simple discussions.

All PE Planning lesson plans are created by PE Specialists and include all the resources required to deliver a complete Unit of Work.  Each lesson plan includes full guidance, including illustrations, and you can choose to download either a quick reference plan or a full lesson plan.
