🍌 Bake-Once Banana Oat Squares

Ingredients

Ripe bananas

Oats

Eggs (or flax eggs)

Cinnamon

Mixed seeds

A naturally sweet breakfast or snack for the week ahead.

A great way to use up ripe bananas and prep breakfasts in advance.

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Mash the bananas in a bowl.
  3. Stir in the oats, eggs, cinnamon and mixed seeds until well combined.
  4. Spread evenly into a lined baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until set and lightly golden.

Allow to cool before slicing into squares. Store in the fridge or freezer for an easy, healthy option all week.
