Maple syrup (to bind)

This no-bake brownie-style snack is packed with natural goodness and perfect for a healthy energy boost.
- Place the pecan nuts in a food processor and blend until they form a medium-fine crumb.
- Add the dates and blend again until well combined.
- Add the cacao powder and continue blending.
- Gradually add maple syrup while blending until the mixture becomes sticky but not a solid ball.
- Stir through the seeds, raisins and goji berries.
- Press the mixture evenly into a lined baking dish (about 2–3 cm deep).
- Place in the freezer for 1 hour to set.
Store in the fridge and cut into squares when ready to serve.
