What do our Year 1 Fitness lesson plans cover?
In Key Stage One Fitness, children should continue to develop fundamental movement skills, such as running, jumping, balancing and hopping. Children will also improve physical components such as strength, speed, agility, coordination and stamina, and be able to apply these in a range of activities.
